yes, that's right friend! for the past two weeks my superior brain power (powered by nutella, of course) has meant that i've beaten loads of people to win the micromart magazine caption contest two issues in a row. i'm such a clever bear!

One of my many fans kindly sent me a tub of Weyns, a belguim nutella-like chocolate spread - but with honey in! yum, yum, yum! straight to my tum!

End of the Pier show

Hello friends,
after small seal's poetry, i thought you'd like to see me by the sea
here i am at almost the very edge of the pier hoping that i won't get blown away as it was very, very windy and i'm a very, very small bear.

from bournemouth pier, i have wish
that a fisherman would bring me a fish
i'd have it for sipper
and give him a kiss from my flipper

No bears on piers

What a bear faced cheek! Bournemouth don't want bears on their piers.
Thankfully, bears have paws, so i strolled along with small seal flipping away beside me.
pah! to silly rules

Small seal: ready to dive in

Hello friends,
bear has kindly let me get my flippers on today's entry as it features me! one lovely small seal.
here you can see me getting ready to jump! i love splashing about in the water, and being able to dive in is the icing on the cake.
thankfully, my pink fur means the water was lovely!

Posing by the pier

Hello friends,
sorry it's been more than a week since the last entry. All that bank holiday wind and rain put me off from posting happy sunny pictures!
Here we are posing by the pier, just before we went off to paddle in the sea. It was a gorgeous sunny day, much like the one we've got now which is fab.
Strangely, the beach was very quiet, so we got to enjoy much of it by ourselves. Sadly no one wanted to give us a bear hug :(
